Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & REFUND:

•    If there is any manufacturing defect or any transit damage in product, we will accept an Exchange or Refund, if the intimation is done from your end through E-mail/Telephonic call/Whatsapp within 24 hours once the delivery executed.
•    At the time of intimation a few images of damage product along with box, has to be share over E-mail/Whatsapp as a proof.
•    Product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
•    Product must be in the original packing with all tags, labels and any included accessories intact.
•    The same shall be returned to our official address by the customer and has to be share the AWB no of the retuned parcel with our shipping team.
•    When all steps will be done then we will Proceed a Refund the ordered value which will reflect in customer's bank account within 5-7 working days. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation before shipment:

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

  • Cancellation post shipment:

Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, Post our examination we’ll refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
